Critical Resources: TCPAWorld “Developments” and “Rolling ATDS Review” Pages Are Up to Date and FREE to All

I know we’ve had a ton of recent traffic–approaching 250k hits–and a large number of new followers have joined us so I thought I’d take a few minutes to introduce you to (or remind you of) two really neat and critical resources available here on TCPAWorld.com: the “Rolling ATDS Review” and the “Developments that Rocked TCPAWorld” pages.

The Rolling ATDS Review is the site’s second most visited page– only our immensely popular Unprecedented [VIDEO] podcast drives more traffic— so I know many/most of you already know about it. But for anyone who doesn’t– the ATDS Review is where TCPAWorld.com staff tracks every single ATDS decision decided at the district court level and organizes them for your ease of consumption. So, for instance, if you want a complete catalog of every case adopting a narrow statutory ATDS definition all you have to do is click on the review and scroll around a bit.

The Developments that Rocked the TCPAWorld page is actually my favorite page and probably the most important TCPA resource on the internet. There you will find links to every major TCPA appellate court decision and every FCC TCPA order, organized into a neat and tidy timeline with some additional resources baked in as well. We’re talking rulings from as far back as 1992 all the way up to the big SCOTUS ruling this week. It really is a compelling page and worth perusing if you want a deeper understanding of the TCPAWorld and how things came to be as they are today.

These resources are COMPLETELY FREE with absolutely no barriers around them. No tacky requirements that you give us your contact information or consent to be interviewed by our staff. Heck, you don’t even have to follow the website to access them (although you really should.) Nothing. Just click and enjoy.

We share because we care.

And of course, next month be on the look out for my huge Mid-Year TCPA review, where I break down all of the developments from the first half of 2020— another FREE resource you can only get from the great team at Squire Patton Boggs. It looks like this year’s Review will be bigger (and more important) than ever so… get ready!

Much love TCPAWorld.
