Eesh, this blog is keeping me busy this week. And it seems I have nothing but bad news to report.

Real quick, yet another case just came down against Creasy. The ruling is Miles v. Medicredit, Inc., No. 4:20-CV-01186 JAR, 2021 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 44267 (E.D. Cal.  March 9, 2021).

That means it is now 9-3 against Creasy. Plus the DOJ has come out against the position that the TCPA was rendered unconstitutional by AAPC. So, things are looking bleak.
