So I’m busy telling everyone that the text channel is the safest channel.

And Jay Edelson just got leave of court to file a complaint alleging that use of a text message “chatbot” constitutes a “prerecorded voice.”

The case is Risher, Case No. 19-cv-05602-RS, 2021 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 177622 (N.D. Cal.   September 17, 2021).

And I don’t like it.

Not one bit.

Monsters. Woods. And all that.
