Hey, Troutman, thinking about REACH and it doing something positive in this sector, what about having REACH post a list of scumbag lead generators and call centers so that “compliant” folks know to avoid them? Or, perhaps the reverse, a list of lead generators and call centers that REACH has vetted and determined are “compliant”?
