These guys should not be seeing a dime of Cy Pres money and I think I may start looking for objectors to any settlement that includes dollars going to the NCLC…

For what it is worth I have REPEATEDLY tried to engage with NCLC in meaningful discourse only to be turned down. Offer to join us on our podcast–and I will be very nice–is open to anyone from NCLC or Public Knowledge.
