So it has been an absolutely EPIC January, 2024 so far. For those of you keeping track at home we have seen:

  1. MASSIVE new proposed legislation expanding the TCPA (again) and requiring AI disclosures for the first time;
  2. The deadline for the incredibly-important FCC one-to-one consent ruling has not been set;
  3. The deadline for comment on the small business response to the one-to-one ruling is set; and
  4. An ultimate new set of rules on TCPA revocation was just handed down by the FCC.

Huge huge changes afoot. And I have barely been able to keep up with all the case law decisions–I am 8 behind currently given all the FCC and Congressional action!

I know this is tough to keep up with–its tough for me to keep up with and this is all I do every day.

So Queenie and I are getting together TOMORROW, FEBRUARY 1, 2023 AT 11:00 AM PACIFIC to break this stuff down.

We will be primarily focused on the Congressional legislation that might change the TCPA’s ATDS definition but we will definitely be touching on the FCC’s latest rulings as well and giving our latest and greatest thoughts on the subject.
