Well, the Czar may not like the way the political system works in this nation right now but we all still need to deal with the consequences.

And the truth is there will be MAJOR consequences for industry, marketers, lead generators, brands, platforms, carriers, publishers, networks, BPOs, call centers, and really EVERYONE no matter which way the election breaks.

In particular the fate of the one-to-one rule may be heavily dependent on this election –AND NOT IN THE WAY YOU ARE THINKING.

Those of you attending the ANA Masters of Advertising Law Conference next week will get my FIRST thoughts on the impact of the election on all the recent FCC TCPA ruling, but for everyone my first take on the presidential election’s impact on the TCPAWorld will be provided November 14, 2024 at 10:00 am pacific.
