There are few names more dangerous for companies than Abbas Kazerounian, Tav Gomez and Josh Swigart.

Abbas is the original TCPA class action “Godfather”— essentially responsible for creating the entire concept of the TCPA class action. And he remains one of the most dangerous TCPA litigators in the nation– with an entire army of attorneys supporting his aggressive tactics.
