It shows the MAJOR deadlines coming up for FCC NPRM comments.
The deadline for the Foreign Call Center NPRM– the one that might limit the use of offshore call centers by American businesses– was originally set for today. However, the Commission granted a seven day extension allowing comments to be fielded through June 2, 2026. R.E.A.C.H. is circulating a draft comment for review this week.
Up next, the comment period on the FCC’s critical call center number rotation NPRM ends June 8, 2026. R.E.A.C.H. will be circulating a draft comment for review by its board and membership next week.
Then the comment period for the FCC’s killer KYC rules for carriers and teleco providers will run June 25, 2026. R.E.A.C.H. has not decided whether to comment here– what are your thoughts?
Last’ the FCC’s new Know Your Upstream Provider NPRM has not yet been set for comment but we expect to see action on that this month as well.
