Yesterday TCPAWorld helped break the news that Contact Center Compliance and PureCallerID are joining forces to become Sonera– a pretty cool solution that helps folks get compliant calls through both pre-call and post-attempt.

The concept here is Sonera will combine CCC’s vaunted scrubs and litigant protection with PCI’s caller ID and number provisioning to assure a rise in pick up rates– with some fancy AI baked in to help assure compliance.

Rather obviously this is huge news for the industry so I was pleased to host Ron Allen–former CEO of CCC– Derek Oberholtzer–former CEO of PureCallerID– and Mark Mitchell the NEW CEO of Sonera– onto Deserve to Win Ep. 44.

We discuss the past and the future. Everyone is all wide eyed with excitement even as they collectively bid farewell to an era.
