So July, 2023 will go down in history for a few reasons.

First of all, folks learned how to pronounce the firm’s name!

But it was also the month that the FTC absolutely took our breath away with a wide-ranging assault on the call center and lead generation industries–a massive “sweep” on marketers and a stunning LinkedIn post heard round the world.

In the meantime, a court in Colorado just revived the TCPA’s seemingly dead ATDS provisions–and opened up FN7 arguments anew. How big of a deal is this? Well, TCPAWorld’s article on the subject garnered over 10,000 hits in just a week…  so, yeah.

But really July, 2023 will go down as a true break out month for Troutman Amin, LLP. Look at the month we just had:

And we are in no way slowing down. I have two MASSIVE webinars tomorrow, then Episode 14 will drop.

Then we have the Convoso roadshow, a CLE for the Federal Bar Association, and it all leads up to the big one– the TROUTMAN AMIN, LLP STAGE at contact.io.
