2026 POWER RANKINGS!!!: Ranking the Most Dangerous TCPA Plaintiff’s Lawyers in the Country (Who is REALLY the BEST?)

Who are the best and most dangerous TCPA plaintiff’s attorneys on the planet?

You’re about to find out.

Every year I rank the toughest and most sophisticated adversaries I faced the previous year. Every lawyer on this list is truly world-class and each has the ability to DESTORY unprepared #biglaw counsel (and they ALL have in the last 365 days alone!)

If one of these guys shows up at your door its time to take the case incredibly seriously. Any of them can go all the way and hit you with an eight, nine or even ten figure judgment. Yes, we’re talking billion dollar judgments and settlements so large they’ll give you a nose bleed.

And I suppose that is no surprise. The lawyers on this list are among the highest paid in the world. Indeed the top lawyers on this list are clearing well north of 7 figures a month. These are SHARKS of the highest caliber.

Again, most of these lawyers I have litigated against for years–and in many cases I have handled dozens of cases against them. So my rankings hold tremendous weight–even if they are less than scientific.

So buckle up and enjoy everybody. Without further adieu… here are your 2026 rankings of the most dangerous TCPA plaintiff’s lawyers on the planet!

Honorable Mention 1– Jibrael Hindi

Although he styles himself as one of the top TCPA lawyers out there, Hindi doesn’t crack the top 10. Its not that he’s a bad lawyer– its just that his model is to churn and burn. He literally admits this himself– teaching a self-help course to wayward souls for $20k a pop. In this course he teaches lawyers to file large volumes of cases only to dump them for quick easy settlements within 90 days or so.

TCPAWORLD AFTERDARK: Hindi charging $20k to teach other lawyers to be TCPA sharks

It a shakedown special.

That said I have seen his shop litigate these cases– and effectively–when they choose to dig in. But going the distance seems to be an after thought and cashing quickly seems to be the primary goal. As such, Hindi is on the outside looking in of this year’s rankings.

Honorable Mention 2– Mark Dobronski (The Sheriff)

Mark Dobronski’s win against Selectquote on the Caller ID private right of action has absolutely turned TCPAWorld upside down. He single-handedly delivered an entirely new revenue stream to the plaintiff’s bar and an entirely new area of strife to TCPA defendants. And he did it without a lawyer! Of course he was going up against clueless #biglaw lawyers so he had some help. 😉

MASSIVE NEW RISK FOR MARKETERS: Dobronski Nukes SelectQuote and the Whole TCPAWorld Has to Deal With the Fallout

Even outside of the Caller ID win, Dobronski is a capable pro per litigator that can easily dismantle attorneys that don’t know what they’re doing. He’s a worthy adversary, even if a lower tier complex litigator (which is forgivable since the guy doesn’t have a law license!) So be on the look out for Dobronski and take is filings seriously!

10. Andrew Perrong

I’ve got to hand it to Andrew. He came out swinging, cleaned up his act, and has demonstrated himself to be a decent young lawyer.

Perrong started off as a mostly-inept pro se litigator who succeeded mostly in pissing off federal judges with his combative style.

But since becoming a member of the bar Perrong has focused on brief writing and strengthening his litigation tactics.

A close follower of the Wolf–some might suggest a mentor/mentee relationship here– Perrong has quickly learned to value class litigation and make shrewd negotiating maneuvers with basic leverage plays.

He has a long way to go to make the top tier, but I am impressed with what I’ve seen and given his upward trajectory folks would be well-served to take careful notice of Andrew when he files.

9. Jay EdelsonEdelson PC

There’s a good argument to be made that Jay belongs either at the number 1 slot or not on this list at all.

On the one hand he is better funded and has more resources than essentially the rest of the list combined. If there is one guy that could take on Chuck Norris, John Wick and the cast of the Brady Bunch in a metaphorical street fight it would be Jay. He is literally the best Plaintiff’s lawyer on the planet in my view– just ask OpenAI.

On the other hand Jay really isn’t bringing any TCPA cases anymore. So why is he even on this list?

I guess its because he still holds the largest TCPA jury verdict in history– see Visalus judgment– and he is always a threat to show up again. And if he does and he’s not on this list I mean… that’s just a criminal omission.

So Jay will sit here on this list. Year after year. Like a totem spirit of a bygone era.

Will he rise again in TCPAWorld circles? Let’s all hope not.

But if you didn’t watch this absolutely INSANE interview (in more ways than one) on Deserve to Win Ep. 39 you need to do so right now!

8. Keith Keogh, Keogh Law, LTD

If this list ranked by ego, we know Keith would take the top spot.

But that’s not a bad thing.

Knowing how good you are is the same as knowing anything else– its necessary information that allows you to make smart decisions.

And Keith makes those by the barrelful.

He’s lower on the list simply due to a lack of volume. He only handles premium cases and might be seen to carry less than 20 active files at a time.

That means if he shows up you should be VERY concerned. But the truth is you’re just not likely to run into the guy. More of a legendary figure that casts long shadows on the mostly empty streets.

7. Avi Kaufman, Kaufman, PA

Dropping like a rock is Avi Kauffman.

Now look, this guy had one of the biggest years in TCPAWorld history back in 2023 when he was seemingly hanging massive losses on every #biglaw firm he could find. He was bound to cool off a little.

And if I look hard enough I could probably find plenty of proof that Avi belongs higher on the list– but when you look at some of the stand out acheivements of those higher on the list this year its just tough to justify ranking him north of 7.

Still readers should understand there’s a pretty big gap between number 7 and number 8 this year and you should NEVER take Avi Kauffman lightly.

This guy is a right enough to be slowing down a bit, but still hungry enough to hand a defendant their entrails if their not careful. Plus he has a penchant for taking things personally– especially insults from #biglaw counsel that don’t know any better. And I’ve seen him turn down massive settlement money to send a message with a killer ruling. So watch out.

6. Manny Hiraldo

Hiraldo’s volume of cases continues to drop but his stock has not. Quite the opposite– this guy is plastering up wins.

Some massive wins under his belt in 2025, carrying forward momentum from 2024.

He’s really taken to studying TCPA as a master might study swordplay and he’s developed his own techniques and maneuvers that set him apart.

He’s far less predictable than others on this list– sometimes because he’s prone to bonehead maneuvers– but there’s a sort of genius in refusing to follow the script, even if you lose once in a while while proving your fox crazy.

But Manny is on this list for his wins, not his losses. And he has piled up an impressive number of them–including the  certification heard round the world late last year.

Be on the look out for this guy. He is a legitimate threat to go all the way and has developed himself into truly an outstanding complex litigator when he isn’t outthinking himself.

5. Abbas Kazerounain, Kazerouni Law Group

Down to number 5  this year, the “Godfather” of TCPA class actions continues to be a MASSIVE threat but just didn’t deliver enough big wins and settlements in 2025 to hold a top four slot this year.

Viewed objectively, Abbas should probably be number one on this list every year because with 20 lawyers backing him his “power” is unmatched by others on this list (except Jay, of course) but I am looking more at tangible results in a given year over theoretical horsepower.

That Abbas has the guns is unquestioned, but the model in 2025 seemed to be more focused on handsome six figure individual resolutions over the eight-figure jugular punctures he’d become famous for.

Still if there’s one firm on this list that could absolutely STREAMROLL you at a moment’s notice it is Abbas. In fact, I built Troutman Amin, LLP to be something of a “Hulk-buster” armament specifically with Abbas in mind. I truly think of Troutman Amin, LLP as the only firm in the nation that can really go toe-to-toe against Abbas when the Godfather is fully engaged.

4. Daniel Hutchinson Lieff Cabraser

On the back of the most staggeringly one-sided settlements in the history of the TCPAWorld Daniel Hutchinson finds himself in elite territory near the top of this year’s power rankings.

Lieff completely obliterated Jones Day lawyers and obtained an absurd $28MM settlement in a revocation SMS DNC case– the LEAST dangerous (arguably valueless) type of TCPA class action. Adding injury to insult, the release was overly narrow and Hutchinson managed to convince the woefully outmatched lawyers at Jones Day to include the NCLC as a cy pres recipient– DESPITE THE FACT FIRM FOUNDED LIZ CABRASER LITERALLY SITS ON THE BOARD OF THE NCLC. That’s like me convincing opposing counsel to have R.E.A.C.H. be cy pres in a class action settlement– although come to think of it that’s a good idea.

The bottom line is that this Sirius settlement is so laughable and atrociously bad that Lieff Cabraser finds itself spiking to near the top of the power rankings on the strength of a single settlement. They obviously have their act together– at least when litigating against #biglaw lawyers that have no clue what they’re doing. Egads.

Still Daniel pings me every year about my failing to recognize his true greatness in my past power rankings. Hopefully this year he will be pleased.  Although this settlement is definitely the biggest win of the year by any Plaintiff’s firm, I didn’t see much else from Lieff this year. So the number 4 spot is as high as they can climb.

3. Anthony ParonichParonich Law PC

Paronich has an absolute death lock on the third position– and it really says something about his style.

The fact that he has been third on this list every year since its inception tells you everything you need to know about his consistency and steadfastness.

Paronich isn’t great once in a while. He isn’t an occasional threat.

He is the big bad WOLF of the TCPAWorld because he is ALWAYS lurking and ALWAYS dangerous and should NEVER be underestimated. He literally ALWAYS delivers, like some intrepid postman from a bygone era.

When you pull together the basic elements of volume, plus results, plus consistency he is always near the top of the heap. And for those who like advanced stats like “settlement value above replacement” or “result efficacy” I guarantee you Paronich comes in second to only one man… and we’ll get to him.

I can’t count all the money the guy has made this year as he is willing to take six figure individual wins with a quickness and pad his war chest while he pursue the big class victories he is known for. Safe to say, however, that he made millions again in 2025–as he does every year–just a matter of how many millions.

As I have said before Paronich has a well-earned reputation as a ruthless litigator and a shrewd negotiator. He somehow manages a large volume of cases with a relatively limited infrastructure while remaining a threat to “go all the way.”

The worst news–I’ve heard he’s hiring.

Eesh. This could get really bad.

2. Dr. Evil and the guys at LawHQ

Jetting up the ranks are the guys over at LawHQ.

These guys are rapidly building the most elite TCPA plaintiff’s operation in the business. I can’t say how long they will hold the number 2 slot, but they’re recent wins are absolutely undeniable. And with their INSANE volume of intakes generated by their anti-robocall app, these guys are simply everywhere.

There’s a reason Tom Alvord is known as Dr. Evil around TCPAWorld circles. The guy is always looking for the billion dollar payday and he will think COMPLETELY outside of the box to get it done. When LawHQ shows up at your door you should be incredibly cautious.

Interestingly LawHQ is the only firm I know who will actually RAISE their demand as the litigation continues. This puts folks in a tough bind because if they don’t like the number on day 1 they really won’t like the number on day 181. Its a strategy that forces conflict in many instances, but LawHQ has demonstrated a willingness to fight with brutality and relentless energy.

And those attending Law Conference of Champions IV will have the opportunity to meet Tom Alvord himself-– live on stage during Puja’s SHARK TANK session on May 6, 2026.

Puja will grill him about his tactics, success, plans, and you will learn so much about how to AVOID running into the second most dangerous TCPA litigator on the planet. (Be there or miss out!!!)

1. Mike GreenwaldGreenwald Davidson Radbil, PLLC

There’s just no denying this guy.

I really WANTED to drop him this year.

But there’s just no objective basis to do so.

He just keeps winning.

Like literally pretty much wins everything.

Always.

Not sure he lost a single motion in the last year.

Seriously.

That’s insane.

Remember in 2025 he did like $55MM in settlements in six months and issued a press release about it.

Well 2026 saw several more 7 figure settlements for the folks at GDR.

He’s just a freak.

And I know he’s bummed out that Duke lost, so hopefully his crushing dominance over TCPAWorld gives him some solace.

Actually, no I hope he is rattled and edgy. Maybe he’ll get emotional and make a mistake for once in his life.

Probably not.

What I know for sure is that for the second straight year Greenwald is the number one TCPA plaintiff’s lawyer in the nation. There is just no better lawyer out there.

Basically if Greenwald comes after you, you’re generally in a ton of trouble. How this guy manages to unravel TCPA defendants during commercials in WWE matches and while holding a fishing rod in one hand and a Duke foam finger in the other is beyond me.

But he does it. And god help us if he ever actually put his full attention on litigation (says the guy running for Congress, while publishing a magazine and throwing a conference.)

The folks at Greenwald Davidson Radbil, PLLC remain the ultimate monsters lurking in the TCPAWorld woods. By the time they sue you, it may already be too late.
